Note From Lisa on a Little Bit of What Fun & Joy You Can Expect!

We’re still quite away from our 2027 set sail date, so the specific schedule is still coming together. But Karen and I will be creating a magical mix of workshops, music, movement, and heart-opening sessions. Think of it as a retreat at sea—time for joy, self-discovery, connection, and laughter—with plenty of space built in to just relax, dance, and soak in the beauty of the cruise. We’ll be blending Camp Atta Girl! vibes with Karen’s incredible music and wisdom, and you can expect moments that will move your spirit, lift your energy, and leave you saying, "That was exactly what I needed."

Here's a little bit about what it will be...

Activities and Programming will include:*

Opening reception/gathering welcoming everyone the first night.
Early morning gatherings on deck (with offerings that include Let Your Yoga Dance class, yoga, morning bliss music with Karen, each being offered on different days to be determined)
During the 2 days we're at sea, Karen and I will be creating a mix of workshops, music, movement, and heart-opening sessions. We’ll be blending Camp Atta Girl! vibes with Karen’s incredible music and wisdom.
On one of the days we are at ports, we will hold an evening gathering (still to be determined which day).
Private luncheon at the exclusive Pinnacle Grill with Karen and me if you put a deposit put down before December 31, 2025.

We may have excursions created at the different ports where we all go as a group, but those will be determined as we get closer and not included in the cost of the cruise, but additional "fun" things that cruisers can add - totally optional.
